Lake Success Community Rubber Trail

Project Description: 1/4 mile Rubberway^® Pervious Rubber Pavement Trail

Year Installed: 2018

A Rubberway pervious pavement rubber trail was installed for the community of Lake Success in Queens, NY as part of a natural resources protection improvement project. 

Stormwater management was a large goal for the project which included a retention area for drainage along with Rubberway's porous rubber pavement trail. 

The quarter-mile long trail provides rapid drainage while enhancing the community by providing an attractive, pedestrian-friendly surface for residents to get out and enjoy.
